I'm Matt, roughly 6ft2, gay, linguist, music lover. :)

BA Modern Languages (French German and Russian) at the REAL Birmingham University. None of this BCU crap (and I defy you to imply otherwise, you'll lose limbs). I'm overly proud of myself and a natural worrier.

Nutritionally, I should have kicked the bucket years ago. Either that, or I'm gonna hit 30 and expand to the size of Germany. Going bald and losing my teeth are two of my greatest fears and the words "moist" and "lube" can inspire vomit in me. If you like verbs and/or my taste in music, there's a good chance we'll get on like a lovely little house on fire.

I'm always far too stressed, I don't like getting up in the morning and as far as I'm concerned, mixing your drinks is the only way to go really. I can eat my own weight in fast food and ice cream and still have enough room to finish everyone else's.

You might not like me, I can be quite loud, and when I'm drunk, I ruin my life. I shouldn't really be allowed to talk in public ever.

I wish I had Casey Crescenzo's voice and I wish that I were brought up bilingually. I don't sleep well, and my interpretations of people are generally quite inaccurate. I can talk for England and I don't get subtlety. Despite not being a particularly good singer, I sing at any given opportunity and I DAMN ENJOY IT. I can frequently be found trundling up and down the nationals near my house with some form of alternative music on the go. It's a simple life, but one I very much enjoy.

I'm quite open about myself and my life so if you have any questions, go for it.

I have a soft spot for musicals and quiet nights in with icecream and a good boxset. I drive to Tesco just so I can sing. I'm a closet Gleek. My Cyrillic handwriting is orgasmic and I love case-endings a little bit too much. I love my Filofax and filing is like sex for me.

I'm never seen without earphones and I genuinely couldn't live without my phone. I love verbs more than people and I can often be caught muttering to myself on the train. I don't like people who are false and two faced and I'm fiercely protective of my friends. Bond with me, and you're stuck with me.
